Authority Under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations
AUTHORITY TO DETERMINE MATERIALITY OF EVENT OR INFORMATION AND DISCLOSURES TO THE STOCK EXCHANGES PURSUANT TO REGULATION 30 OF THE SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015:
The authority to determine materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of
making disclosure to the Stock Exchanges has been delegated to the Key Managerial Personnel
(KMP) under the category of Whole Time Director/Manager and, in his absence,
to the Company Secretary of the Company in accordance with the Policy adopted by the Company pursuant
to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
